Athletic Performance Class

- Class open to boys and girls from all sports
- Classes held Tuesdays and Thursdays
- 10-14 year olds from 6:00-7:00
- 14-18 year olds from 7:00-8:00
- Cost is $80 per month for 1 class for week or $136 for two
classes per week
Performance Training for Baseball
Prepare yourself to succeed. Whether your goal is to obtain that
starting position or receive a scholarship, our programs will up your
game.
- Improve speed, agility and rotational power
- Build functional and core strength

10-14 year olds
Mondays from 5:00-6:00

Goalie Specific Dryland
Improve you play in the crease. Goalies have different demands
placed on their bodies compared to skaters. Our Goalie Specific
programs will improve lateral power, foot speed, hand eye
coordination, functional and core strength.
Our Goalies also utilize the Nike Strobe Goggles to improve visual
acuity and reaction.
Lake Forest sessions are held:
Mondays at 5:00
Wednesdays at 6:00
Cost is $25 per session.

Speed and Agility for Girls Soccer

Whether you are trying to get ready for SCAHA or just want to
improve your game, our 60 minute hockey specific program will help
you obtain your goals.

PeeWee, Bantam and Midgets Wednesday and Thursday at 5:00 and
Saturdays at 10am

Cost: $20 per session
This high-powered clinic is designed for all Girls Soccer
Players age 10-18 looking to improve their game. It is
developed utilizing the same philosophy Chris Phillips has
used with the Los Angeles Sol and Pali Blues Soccer
Clubs.
Times: Soccer Clinics held Monday evenings from
7:00-8:00 and limited to 8 players
Cost: $20 per session
